As anyone who has played the sport knows, volleyball involves lots and lots of lateral movements.
That makes it all the more important to keep your ankles stable.
Cramer’s T2 Active Ankle Brace is designed for unparalleled support while you’re on the court. It features a durable, quick fitting single strap system that is adjustable for both high and low top shoes.
The featherweight EVA padding hugs every contour of the ankle.
In all, it makes for a sleek, less bulky brace that still offers maximum performance and protection.

Not too long ago, we posted a blog about Under Armour’s new women’s shorts.
They’re part of Under Armour’s new Charged Cotton line of athletic apparel. It’s a unique line for Under Armour — which is known for producing clothes with synthetic fibers — because the clothes are made from 95% cotton.
What has changed?
Under Armour has developed a blend of fibers that not only has the comfort and feel of cotton, it also has the same moisture wicking and temperature regulating properties we’ve come to expect from UA.
They have released some of the tops for the Charged Cotton line. Take a look:

Training is all about putting in hard work, but it’s all useless if your work isn’t giving you any results.
That’s where Reebok’s Women’s Zig Training Shoes come into play.
As Reebok’s most technically advanced training shoe to date, ZigTech allows key leg muscles to do less, so you can do more. Its patented sole conserves and returns energy for a soft and springy ride.
The one-of-a-kind, zig-zag-shaped sole absorbs the impact of heel strike and propels you forward, while reducing wear and tear up to 20% in key leg muscles.
That means you’ll be able to work harder and get better results out of it — without dealing with many of the injuries that arise from training with flat shoe soles.
The Zig Training Shoes feature soft synthetic leather in upper and breathable mesh collar lining to make for a comfortable fit.
